How is a booking confirmed?

After submission, a manager checks availability and sends confirmation by email.

Where are my documents?

After confirmation, documents, voucher and live program appear in your traveler account.

Can I pay in parts?

Yes, when the specific tour supports partial payments. The balance is shown in your account.

Check Spam/Promotions or contact support and we will resend it.

When do I get the voucher?

The voucher is issued once booking conditions are confirmed and documents are ready.
